Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality Optometric care. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and coordinate between doctors and retail teams to meet KPIs.

You will handle patient records, assist with contact lens orders and POS transactions, and stay aligned with store promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Prompts telephone during calls in a friendly manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information; identifies special needs.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and files.
• Operates the POS system accurately and handles payments.
• Communicates store promotions and displays according to guidelines.
