LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality care for patients.

The role focuses on greeting customers, explaining procedures, and coordinating between store staff and the optometrist to support smooth patient care. This part-time position emphasizes service, accuracy, and professional interaction with customers in a retail optical setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers quickly and provides friendly, helpful service.
• Promptly answers the telephone and directs inquiries.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with care; consults when needed.
• Maintains accuracy and courtesy with customers, even under time pressure.
• Operates the POS system and handles payments securely.
• Shows products and explains features and benefits to customers.
• Maintains store appearance and merchandising per guidelines.
• Ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records.
