Position Summary: The Manager of Business Operations – Eye Clinic oversees the daily operational, financial, and administrative functions of Trinity Oral & Facial Surgery, Trinity Regional EyeCare, and Vision Galleria. This role provides leadership and guidance for support staff, manages business office workflows including billing and scheduling, and ensures efficient, consistent practice operations across multiple clinic locations. Working closely with providers and administrative leaders, the manager helps optimize operational processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a high‑performing, patient‑focused care environment.
