Job summary

Tarsus is seeking a Territory Leader in Houston, TX to drive eye care sales across a defined geography, manage accounts, and lead the launch and growth of XDEMVY. This field-based role demands strategic thinking, tactical execution, and strong compliance.

Travel 40-50% across the territory, collaborate with district leaders, marketing, and medical affairs, and deliver top-tier results with an incentive bonus and stock equity. Base pay ranges from $110k to $161k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business to business sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage eye care accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales execution and hit territory performance metrics.
• Promote compliant promotion and adhere to company guidelines.
• Lead launch and ongoing performance of XDEMVY with data-driven insights.
• Travel 40–50% within the territory and to HQ as needed.
