Job summary

Tarsus in Jacksonville is hiring a Territory Leader to drive eye care sales across Jacksonville, Gainesville and St Augustine. You will own accounts, educate on disease states, and lead launch activities for XDEMVY with strategic focus and ethical execution.

Travel 40%–50% as needed, partner with district leaders and cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals while maintaining compliance and professional relationships with eye care professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / healthcare sales experience or a proven business-to-business sales track record.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, complex selling environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Strong selling skills, analytics, relationship building and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Account management and eye care expert engagement with stakeholders to drive product adoption.
• Execute sales plans to exceed performance goals and key productivity metrics.
• Monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually; adjust approach based on data.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adhere to company and industry guidelines.
• Provide frontline feedback to leadership and maximize territory resources.
