Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math, sales, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactively drive solutions with accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab: ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements, maintain lab tools and safety.
