Job summary

LensCrafters in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive KPI performance, and deliver an exceptional customer and patient experience. You will partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate service standards and ensure flawless execution of store processes.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, state licensure or ABO certification where applicable, and 4+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• College degree or equivalent (preferred).
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification (preferred).
• LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs.
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including: NPS, % Sales to Plan, Customer Count, Complete Pair, Labor, Training Saturation, Exam Growth.
• Attracts and hirers highly engaged team to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time.
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs.
• Takes pride in the store and guides team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines flawlessly.
• Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently.
