SEES Group seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee an eye care practice's overall performance in Virginia. You will manage finances, quality metrics, and partnerships with physicians while guiding strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes adherence to compliance policies and staff development. Ideal candidates bring extensive healthcare leadership experience, a Bachelor's in management/healthcare, and strong budgeting skills; an MBA or Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive managerial experience in healthcare, ophthalmology preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in management or healthcare; MBA/Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong budgeting and accounting knowledge; operates within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, finances, and quality metrics.
• Manage center budget, goals, and continuous improvement plans.
• Lead marketing activities to drive patient flow and growth.
• Coordinate physician partnerships and HR duties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, AVP policies).
• Develop efficient use of staff, facilities, and resources.
• Prepare management presentations and publish operational metrics.
• Collaborate with CFO/VP Operations on strategic plans.
