SEES Group is seeking a seasoned Practice Manager to oversee the operation of our eye care clinics, ensuring financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient care. You will lead marketing efforts and staff development while coordinating with physician partners to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive managerial experience within health care, preferably ophthalmology.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or healthcare; MBA and/or Six Sigma preferred.
• Budgeting experience and knowledge of medical practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the practice including financial, quality, and technical metrics.
• Formulate and manage clinic operating budget and center goals.
• Manage marketing activities to ensure a steady patient flow.
• Lead HR duties including interview coordination, onboarding, evaluations, and payroll.
