Qualifications

• Experience guiding multi-function teams in fast-paced healthcare settings.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling and labor planning.
• Serve as primary on-site floor leader, aligning patient care needs with operations.
• Set clear expectations and daily priorities for staff and patient care standards.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and District Manager on service alignment and growth.
• Coach and develop team members, recognize performance, and drive outcomes.
• Support training, new initiatives, system updates and AI-enabled tools.
