Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field; leadership experience.
• Proven hiring, motivating and team-management experience.
• Certified Ophthalmic Technician licensure preferred.
• Ability to concentrate, read procedures, and work one-on-one with patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules and assign clinical space; monitor clinic flow.
• Investigate patient complaints to improve experience.
• Train staff and oversee performance reviews.
• Identify waste and efficiency opportunities.
