Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to lead a busy ophthalmic office. You will drive Total Patient Experience to maximize revenue while supporting patient medical needs.

The role oversees sales, operations, training, and facilities management, ensuring compliance and service excellence. The ideal candidate has management experience, a valid identity/work eligibility, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience is beneficial.
• Management experience is required.
• Background check must be favorable.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive sales and profitability of the office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office staff; act as liaison between physician and team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff; monitor KPI scorecards and performance reviews.
• Exercise judgment to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety compliance and cash handling policies.
