Job summary

AEG Vision in Morgantown, WV seeks a Practice Manager to lead the on-site team, drive exceptional patient care, and ensure business results. You will oversee patient flow, staff development, and service delivery while partnering with the Optometrist to align clinical services with operational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and a high-performing, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Optical or healthcare leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning, and service execution across the practice.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader, aligning patient needs with service priorities.
• Coach, develop, and hold staff accountable for performance and patient care standards.
• Partner with the Optometrist to support exam flow, clinical support, and patient handoffs.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of practice technologies.
• Monitor patient feedback and operational trends to drive improvements.
