Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a patient-centered, high-performing optical practice. You will inspire, develop, and support the team, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results.

You will partner with the Optometrist and Field Leadership to align clinical service, staff readiness, and practice growth in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes leadership through people, process, and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management education preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader, aligning staff with patient needs and performance goals.
• Coach and develop team members, recognize performance, and ensure accountability.
• Support exam flow, clinical support expectations, and evolving service offerings with the Optometrist.
• Monitor patient feedback and service trends to improve experience and business performance.
