AEG Vision, based in Wisconsin, is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to inspire and support the team, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results on the practice floor.

You will support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution while learning multiple practice functions. This role emphasizes leadership development and patient-centered service in a fast-paced eye-care setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn multiple practice positions quickly.
• Experience in optical or healthcare service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations and patient flow.
• Work on the practice floor and assist across practice functions.
• Learn and support roles such as patient care coordination and optical sales.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and daily operational tasks.
• Communicate priorities, expectations, and service standards to the team.
• Support interviews, onboarding, and coaching under the Practice Manager.
• Act as the designated practice point of contact in the Practice Managers absence.
