Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Patient Services Specialist preferred.
• Experience in ophthalmic/medical front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and collect necessary information.
• Verify demographics and insurance information at every encounter.
• Collect co-pays and balances and balance end of day deposits.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders; manage reschedule and recall lists.
• Maintain patient confidentiality across emails, phone, and paper records.
