US Eye is seeking a Patient Care Representative to be the friendly first and last contact for patients across multiple clinics. You will greet patients, verify information, assist with check-in, and manage scheduling while efficiently handling inquiries and payments.

The role requires strong organization, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Join a physician-led team delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is expected.
• Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff at entry.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires during check-in.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment lists.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Handle information dissemination via phone and computer systems.
• Cross-check and update next-day charts and schedules.
• Maintain neat, safe workspace for patients and staff.
• Complete appointment confirmation calls and collect co-pays.
• Fill out essential reports and perform other admin duties.
