Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff upon entry.
• Provide a pleasant check-in experience and verify information.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment flow.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Collect co-pays and account balances during checkout.
• Complete required reports and forms; perform other duties as needed.
