EyeCare Partners LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and set the tone for patient visits through excellent patient care.

You will greet patients, answer phones, manage patient flow, check-in/out, handle payments, and perform general office duties; occasional travel to satellite offices in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Hampton with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones and assure prompt, courteous service at all times.
• Manage patient flow in the office and support check-in/out processes.
• Handle payments and perform daily cash reconciliations.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by the manager.
