This full-time role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic math skills to handle cost shares and payments.

You will manage appointment schedules, document interactions, and coordinate with practitioners and staff to ensure accurate, efficient patient care in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or education/experience mix.
• Ability to learn appointment scheduling and patient information software.
• Strong communication with patients and coworkers.
• Basic math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in members for appointments and verify coverage.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, schedule appointments, document interactions in EHR.
• Process payments, collect cost shares, and reconcile funds.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain a clean waiting area.
