Job summary

EyeCare Partners in Centralia, IL seeks an Office Manager to lead the location's operations and drive Total Patient Experience while maximizing retail and medical profitability.

You will manage team scheduling, training, inventory, and office compliance, and collaborate with physicians to support patient care and store performance. A high school diploma is required; ABO/NCLE preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Direct and manage HR activities including recruitment, selection, training, and KPI coaching.
• Maintain office operations, scheduling, meetings, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Exercise judgment and utilize tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and procedures and submit financial documents on schedule.
• Oversee team scheduling, weekly meetings, inventory, supply orders and training.
