Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Office Manager in Mount Vernon, IL. The role oversees all office operations, drives sales and profitability of the location, and ensures a high standard of patient experience while coordinating staff, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong Excel/Office skills, and experience in healthcare or retail management. Competitive benefits and bonus incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO, NCLE and/or LDO preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• Background check as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise overall office operations to ensure efficient Total Patient Experience.
• Liaise between doctors and office team to maintain strong relationships.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team performance using KPI scorecards.
• Manage performance reviews, compensation, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
