EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience across a retail eye care office. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while supporting patients’ medical needs, managing staff, merchandising, inventory, and training.

The Office Manager will execute performance reviews, develop KPI scorecards, and maintain facility standards in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

Formación

• Experience in office operations and people management is preferred.
• Ability to manage KPI scorecards and coach team members.
• Must be able to pass background check and provide proof of work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability for the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors and office staff as liaison between clinicians and team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate performance of office staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, safety rules, and cash-handling policies.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, orders, and training.
