Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Answer phone calls promptly in a courteous manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully, escalate when needed.
• Assist customers with lens/frame selection and education.
• Process patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Operate POS system accurately for payments and invoices.
• Explain processing times and delivery expectations.
• Keep store visually appealing and maintain safe work environment.
