Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor who delivers the LensCrafters Experience. You will ensure top-quality patient care, coordinate with doctors and retail teams, and help customers select frames and lenses. The role emphasizes accurate records, POS use, and prompt service.

You will support pre-exam testing, teach lens handling, and maintain store standards while adapting to promotions and patient needs in a busy optical setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills and basic math ability.
• Knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Support pre-examination testing and provide guidance on contact lens care.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist in frame/lens selection and deliver LensCrafters Experience.
• Maintain store appearance and adapt to promotions and visual guidelines.
