Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking an enthusiastic Doctor’s Technician to be the welcoming first touchpoint in-store. You will deliver standout patient service, facilitate sales, and bridge the retail and clinical services teams for a smooth patient journey.

This role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the Stanton Optical network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, building rapport, and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns or objections.
• Collaborative spirit with a respectful, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales with available products and services.
• Foster collaboration between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history into the system, performing pre-tests and basic vision tests.
• Assist management with issue resolution and keep patients informed about the status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with housekeeping as needed.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and ensure order accuracy.
