Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused Doctor’s Technician to welcome patients, facilitate the sales process, and ensure a seamless flow between clinical and retail teams. You will support appointments, perform basic exams-related tests, and assist with lens processing while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication with diverse customers.
Active listening and empathy with patients.
Problem solving to address patient concerns or objections.
Collaborative spirit with team and patients.
Able to multitask and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote services and products.
Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
Schedule appointments, enter patient data, and perform basic pre-tests and screenings.
Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates on orders.
Maintain brand standards and cleanliness in-store and lab areas.
Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Monitor delivery times to meet service commitments and quality standards.
Other duties as assigned.
