ZEISS in the United States is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Independent Eye Care Professional channel across the territory. You will source, cultivate and close opportunities with eye care professionals, promoting ZEISS products and practice-based solutions using consultative selling and Salesforce records.

The role reports to Regional Business Development Manager, requires 3+ years B2B sales, and offers a base salary of $82,500 plus commissions along with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a successful B2B sales environment, preferably Rx/optical or medical device.
• Strong ability to forecast sales and develop account plans.
• Proven consultative, solution-based selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets for Direct Rx and optical segments.
• Identify key targets using Salesforce and develop territory plans.
• Lead sales conversations with eye care professionals and close deals.
• Prepare pre-call planning, set objectives and manage travel efficiently.
• Document activities in Salesforce and collaborate with teams.
