Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to define sourcing opportunities, develop strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize value.

The role spans multiple locations including Midland, Houston, Terneuzen, and Tarragona, with responsibilities spanning supplier qualification, RFIs, RFQs, and performance management. You will lead projects, build consensus, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance while delivering cost savings and reliable supply for Dow’s global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• For U.S. applicants: ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
