ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking talented sales professionals who love to build relationships and deliver world-class service to contractor customers.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cultivate and manage customer relationships, use sales data to spot opportunities, and drive growth through new business while representing ABC Supply with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry knowledge in building products preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass MVR check, vehicle insurance as required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Use sales reports to recognize opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions for service concerns.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
