Job summary

MSX International is seeking a seasoned field consultant to support the Advanced Express Service Plus Program, delivering assessment, installation, and sustainment services across dealership networks. You will train staff, perform in-person follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting, driving improvements in service operations and ROI.

The role requires traveling up to 80% of the time, leveraging relationships to promote change, and collaborating with OEMs to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Excel.
• Ability to train and utilize automotive tire sales and service sales.
• Minimum 7-10 years of aftermarket experience and preferably retail tire store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership staff as outlined in the MSX Express Service program documentation.
• Provide in-person follow-up support for dealerships.
• Complete and submit Contact Reporting in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Implement best practice processes within Express Service and Express Service Plus operations.
• Maintain consistent OEM communication with dealer milestones.
