Job summary

MSX International is seeking a field-facing consultant to drive the Advanced Express Service Plus program across automotive dealer networks. You will lead assessments, installations, and sustainment while training staff and ensuring timely reporting.

The role requires 7–10 years in the aftermarket, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 80% travel across the nation. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in service sales processes and ROI improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of aftermarket experience and dealership/vendor engagement.
• Experience in training, process improvement, and field-based programs.
• Ability to travel up to 80% nationwide and coordinate with OEM/dealer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, installation and sustainment activities of MSX Express Service Plus.
• Train dealership staff and perform in-person follow-up.
• Analyze dealer financials and operational data to drive ROI improvements.
• Develop and implement service advisor selling systems and best practices.
• Prepare and submit field reports and expense documentation weekly.
