Job summary

MSX International is seeking a seasoned aftermarket consultant to lead assessment, installation, and sustainment of the Advanced Express Service Plus program across dealer networks.

You will train dealership staff, perform in-person follow-ups, and drive improvements in workflow, scheduling, repair processes, and ROI.

Candidates should have 7–10 years aftermarket experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of aftermarket experience (retail tire/fast oil change is a plus).
• Retail Tire Store Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, installation and sustainment for the MSX Express Service Plus program.
• Train dealership staff on Express Service processes and best practices.
• Provide in-person follow-up support and field detail reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of field and expense reports.
• Travel up to 80% to meet client milestones and optimize ROI.
