Job summary

MSX International is seeking an experienced field service consultant to support the Advanced Express Service Plus program across automotive dealerships. You will assess, install, and sustain service processes, train staff, and ensure timely reporting while traveling extensively to client sites.

Ideal candidates have aftermarket experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive ROI through improved service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Advanced Express Service Plus program or similar service models is a plus.
• Proven ability to train dealership staff and manage in-person follow-ups.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment, installation and sustainment consultations for service programs.
• Train dealership staff and provide in-person follow-up support.
• Complete reporting and data analysis to drive improvement actions.
• Implement processes to improve workshop scheduling, repair processes, and ROI.
• Travel up to 80% to engage with clients and ensure service excellence.
