MSX International is seeking candidates to function as Subject Matter Experts to support Field Service Development Managers in each region. The role involves implementing service strategies with dealers, training on service lane processes, and becoming a center of expertise for service tools.

Travel is a major component (up to 90%). You will engage with district sales, service, parts, and zone management to ensure cross-communication of changes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of fixed operations or equivalent automotive experience.
• Excellent communication skills; good listener and writer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Implement service strategies with dealership personnel to grow the business and increase dealer profitability.
• Train and monitor dealers on service lane processes.
• Serve as a center of expertise for tools like SWB and OSS; share best practices.
• Interface with District Sales, Service, Parts and Zone management to communicate process changes.
