MSX International is seeking a Mobile Service & Performance Coach to assist dealership leaders in building and optimizing mobile service operations. This field-based role emphasizes consulting, coaching, and training to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role involves up to 80% travel across the assigned territory, partnering with clients to implement best practices, improve fixed operations, and deliver measurable performance gains within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in customer-facing automotive industry.
• Experience in service operations, fixed operations, aftersales, or retail automotive.
• Strong coaching, training, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealership leadership to improve performance and profitability and analyze KPIs.
• Support mobile service launches and program development, including scheduling and routing efficiency.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-site training programs for service leaders and technicians.
• Coach service leaders, advisors, and technicians on service operations, sales, and customer experience.
• Lead process improvements and adoption of new technologies across operations.
