Responsibilities include guiding customers on maintenance per manufacturer specs, handling questions, following up on progress, and routing sales leads to the dealership's teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to descriptions of problems; obtain vehicle and customer information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customer if repairs are needed.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimates and timelines.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications using maintenance menus.
• Handle minor customer complaints and follow up on progress of each repair order.
• Refer leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the sales departments; assist the service manager as needed.
