Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect vehicle information and concerns.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork or repairs needed.
• Secure customer agreement, outline cost estimates and timelines.
• Advise on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on repairs.
• Deliver vehicles and review work performed and charges with customers.
• Refer leads to sales departments and support the service manager.
