Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Minnesota is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the main contact between guests and our Service Department. You will manage guest interactions, explain repairs and costs, and ensure timely service delivery with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Automotive knowledge is a plus, and we offer comprehensive training opportunities for growth. Workdays are Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; hours are 7:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service, problem-solving, and strong communication skills are required.
• Automotive knowledge and experience are a plus, though not required.
• Outstanding training opportunities are available for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, listen to concerns, and explain service options.
• Diagnose vehicle issues based on guest input and inspections.
• Turn guest requests into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes for repairs.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and communicate status to guests.
