Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru in Brooklyn Park, MN seeks a customer-focused service advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information and guide them through repairs. You will inspect vehicles, prepare estimates, and communicate timelines with clarity.

Maintain high service standards, advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specs, and support the service team to ensure timely completion while upholding safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Problem solving skills are essential for diagnosing customer vehicle issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain repairs and options clearly.
• Professional personal presentation and customer service etiquette are important.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple repair orders and timelines.
• CDK experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and determine needed repairs.
• Explain estimates and timelines to customers and obtain agreement.
• Advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications and maintenance menus.
• Address customer questions and resolve misunderstandings promptly.
• Track repair progress and update customers on changes to estimates or times.
• Coordinate with the sales departments for leads when appropriate.
• Assist the service manager with daily tasks and safety procedures.
