Qualifications

• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• CDK experience is preferred and CSI standards are valued.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions and clarifying symptoms.
• Conduct inspections, test drives, and review maintenance records.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, and required repairs; obtain approvals; enter RO into the service database.
