Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms, clarifying and inspecting.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs; obtain approvals; enter RO into service database.
• Conduct test drives and check vehicle maintenance records and service schedules.
