Position

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are seeking to hire an Express Service Advisor for our growing service departments. We offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Listening to customer descriptions of symptoms to determine automotive problems and services.
2. Clarifying problem descriptions, conducting inspections, test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
3. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes, repairs, and services required; obtaining approval signatures; and entering RO into a service database system.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• The ideal candidate is a motivated, outgoing, proactive self-starter who is eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a positive attitude.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must uphold top-rated CSI standards and focus on providing world-class customer service.
