The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire an Express Service Advisor

Position

The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are seeking an Express Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates! Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, diagnosing automotive problems based on customer descriptions, conducting inspections, test drives, reviewing vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by detailing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs; obtaining approval signatures; and entering repair orders into a service database system.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, eager to learn, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a positive attitude.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must uphold top-rated CSI standards and focus on providing world-class customer service.
