Express Service Advisor - The Boucher Automotive Group

The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking to hire an Express Service Advisor for our Nissan locations. The role involves:

1. Listening to customer descriptions of symptoms to determine automotive problems and services.
2. Clarifying problem descriptions, conducting inspections, test drives, and examining vehicle maintenance records.
3. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs/services.
4. Obtaining approval signatures and entering repair orders into our service database system.

Previous dealership experience is preferred. A clean driving record and drug test are required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and products.
• Motivated, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and focus on world-class customer service.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must meet top-rated CSI standards.
• Drug test required.
