Position: Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is seeking an Express Service Advisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, diagnosing automotive issues by listening to customer descriptions, conducting inspections, test drives, reviewing maintenance records, and examining service schedules. The role involves preparing repair orders by detailing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs, obtaining approvals, and entering data into the service database system. Previous dealership experience is preferred. A clean driving record and drug test are required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and products.
• Motivated, outgoing, proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with top-rated CSI standards.
• Drug test required.
