Job description

Position

The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire Express Service Advisors for their Nissan locations. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
2. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
3. Obtaining approval signatures and entering repair orders into the service database system.

Previous dealership experience is preferred. A clean driving record and drug test are required.

Requirements

• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
• CDK experience is preferred.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
• Drug test required.
