Position: Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is seeking an Express Service Advisor. Responsibilities include diagnosing automotive issues based on customer descriptions, conducting inspections, test drives, reviewing maintenance records, and examining service schedules. The role involves preparing repair orders, describing symptoms and repairs, obtaining approvals, and entering data into the service system. Previous dealership experience is preferred. A clean driving record and drug test are required.
