Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring an Express Lube Advisor to greet customers, identify needs, and recommend services. You will create repair orders in the ADP system and provide accurate estimates while coordinating with technicians.

The position offers a commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually, with open availability to work any day/shift and department hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays and 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays.

• Numerical ability to estimate service costs and calculate charges.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally.
• Identify concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Explain services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around to assess customer needs.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended services and multi-point inspections.
• Create repair orders and provide accurate estimates in ADP.
• Dispatch orders and coordinate with technicians throughout repairs.
• Keep customers informed of repair status and completion.
• Process payments and deliver vehicles; handoff Sales-to-Service.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct a vehicle walk-around to assess customer needs.
• Gain customer approval for recommended services and offer a multi-point inspection.
• Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide accurate estimates, review inspection findings, and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales-to-Service customer handoff.
