The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding service experience, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with technicians to ensure timely repairs. A valid driver's license and prior automotive service exposure are required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or retail customer-facing environments.
• Knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance services (oil changes, rotations, multipoint inspections).
• Ability to create and maintain repair orders and service records.
• Comfort using computers/tablets and dealership software.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and create a positive first impression in the service drive.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding vehicle maintenance needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Schedule and coordinate express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, and other routine maintenance.
• Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the service process and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Partner with technicians and service team members to ensure quality repairs and timely service completion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Accurately document customer concerns, service requests, and completed work in dealership systems.
• Follow all company, manufacturer, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance and work area.
• Help drive service department success by promoting maintenance programs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• You will have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• You have previous experience in automotive service, express maintenance, retail automotive, or a customer-facing environment.
• You have knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• You can accurately create and maintain repair orders, service recommendations, and customer records.
• You are comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership management systems.
